WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Contact us (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. For EU returns, submit your withdrawal request within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you placed an order through Sephora, please reach out to Sephora.
If you placed an order through MECCA, please reach out to MECCA.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our refund policy is being abused.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
All orders from rudaskin.us are eligible for returns. To start the return process, contact us (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of EU returns.
Please note: we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for any EU, Australia, New Zealand, or Mexico orders currently. For EU returns, we may cover the cost of return shipping based on the return reason.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to a freight forwarder to international locations or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations (USA, Canada, Mexico, the UK and the countries in Europe we ship to directly).
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. For orders shipping to the EU, please submit your cancellation request through our withdrawal request form.
During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
